NotionSolutions is an independent publication about Notion, written and published by Kevin Turner. This policy explains how the public website uses hosting, analytics and links to other services.
Hosting and website requests
The site is hosted on Ghost(Pro). When you open a page or load an image, font or script, the services delivering that resource receive the request information needed to return it. Hosting and delivery providers may also process request information for reliability and security. Their handling of that information is described in Ghost’s privacy policy and the policies of the relevant delivery services.
Website analytics
We use Ghost’s built-in web analytics to understand which pages readers visit and how they reach the site. Ghost describes this as first-party, cookie-free web analytics: it counts unique visitors within 24-hour windows without using cookies or persistent browser storage to identify a visitor across sessions, browsers or devices.
These reports help us decide which guides need attention. The analytics service is provided as part of Ghost(Pro). Cookie-free analytics still processes technical request information to deliver the service.
Cookies, accounts and forms
The public site currently offers guides and search without a membership sign-up, newsletter subscription or payment form. Ghost’s web analytics does not require analytics cookies. Features used by administrators, including signing in to Ghost Admin, are separate from reading the public website.
If we add subscriptions, advertising, embedded services or other features that change how reader information is collected, this page will be updated to describe them.
External links and delivered resources
Articles link to product documentation and other supporting material. Following one of those links takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Some search resources are delivered from jsDelivr; loading them involves a request to that provider, whose handling of request data is covered by jsDelivr’s privacy policy.
Editorial responsibility
Kevin Turner is responsible for the publication’s content. His author profile explains the scope of his work, and the editorial policy explains how claims, corrections and commercial disclosure are handled.
