organizing and working in Notion.

Writer and publisher

I run NotionSolutions as an independent practical guide to building and maintaining Notion workflows for freelancers and small teams.

I turn current product documentation into useful decisions about client work. My starting point is a manageable system: clear records, an explicit next action, and an access boundary you can explain.

Guides for client and project work

I write guides and fixes for the database structures used in client work. Reviews and comparisons help readers choose an approach before committing to it. Template guides explain the structure to look for and the assumptions to check before adapting a starting point.

Research and recommendations

I check primary documentation for material product claims and keep the applicable plan, platform, or role visible. Outside measurements and reported experiences stay attributed to their sources. Fictional examples explain a proposed structure; they do not establish a customer outcome.

I recommend an approach when its documented behavior fits the reader's task. A separate tool may be the better choice if Notion's limits add too much work. The editorial method explains the evidence used to reach those decisions.

Editorial responsibility

I am responsible for the wording, source review, corrections, and recommendations published under my name. The editorial policy covers factual corrections and commercial disclosure.
